We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CRM Technical Architect with at least 10+ years of experience for an exciting project involving Salesforce to Dynamics 365 CRM migration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM architecture, solution design, and hands-on experience with large-scale CRM migrations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design and architecture of D365 CRM solutions.
Design and implement migration strategies from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution strategies.
Ensure the solution architecture aligns with enterprise architectural standards and industry best practices.
Mentor and guide development teams on D365 CRM technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
13+ years of overall CRM experience, with at least 5+ years as a Technical Architect.
Proven experience with Salesforce to D365 CRM migration projects.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
Expertise in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Solid understanding of CRM data models, integration patterns, and API development.
Experience with Azure services related to Dynamics CRM integrations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
