Digital Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN Charlotte, NC Phoenix, AZ
Work Schedule: On-site 3+ days/week (increases to 4+ days/week starting September due to company policy)
Duration: Through end of year, with potential extension or conversion to full-time
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Digital Analyst to join the Enterprise Data, Analytics & Insights (EDAI) team. This role is instrumental in delivering actionable insights that improve user engagement across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work directly with Product Owners to assess how Ameriprise clients interact with digital tools, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to influence product strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact analytics role—not people management—focused on storytelling through data, business partnership, and continuous optimization.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis
Experience with Adobe Analytics (baseline required); Adobe CJA is a plus
Proficiency with Power BI (preferred) or Tableau
2–5 years of experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into insights
Strong communication skills—able to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Product & Experience Analysis:
Analyze digital engagement data to understand how clients use web and mobile features.
Identify friction points, successes, and opportunities to improve the client experience.
Deliver clear, concise insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with product managers, UX, marketing, and IT to align on goals and KPIs.
Act as a peer partner—brainstorming and problem-solving alongside others in a fast-paced environment.
Data & Reporting:
Use SQL to extract and manipulate large datasets.
Perform in-depth analysis using Adobe Analytics (baseline required); Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is a plus.
Build dashboards and visual reports in Power BI (preferred) or Tableau.
Tagging & Measurement Planning:
Help define technical tagging requirements and ensure accurate data capture.
Support measurement plans and data validation efforts.
Operational Support:
Contribute to agile planning cycles, sprint reviews, and stakeholder prioritization discussions.
Support analytics self-service and data literacy initiatives within the business.

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $40.00 - $50.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
