Commercial Lines Service Manager

Responsibilities include:

Manage day-to-day operations and team performance

Drive departmental initiatives and process improvements

Lead training and foster a culture of growth

Collaborate across departments to support business goals

Serve as the escalation point for clients and carriers

Qualifications:

7+ years in Commercial P&C insurance with 3+ years in leadership role

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience

NYS P&C License

Strong communication, organization, and client service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
