What You’ll Do

As the Lease Up Property Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of the property, ensuring a successful lease-up process and long-term resident satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing all daily property operations and lease-up efforts

Driving leasing performance and hitting occupancy goals

Managing and developing on-site staff

Ensuring excellence in resident services and community standards

Handling budgeting, financial reporting, and collections

Coordinating maintenance, vendor relations, and capital improvements

Ensuring full compliance with legal regulations and company policies

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in multifamily property management with a focus on lease-ups

Prior experience managing Class A new construction (high-rise, mid-rise, or garden-style) lease-up communities

Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Proven track record of managing budgets and operational performance

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Yardi RENTCafe

Positive, results-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence
