Role: .Net Developer Lead/Architect

Job Description:

Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of healthcare-focused software applications.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand healthcare workflows, compliance and business requirements.

Guide technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture sessions.

Mentor and manage a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding and documentation standards.

Ensure application security, privacy compliance, and high system reliability.

Stay updated with healthcare regulations and emerging standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET stack development.

Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, C#, Entity Framework, MongoDB

knowledge of Healthcare Domain.

Experience integrating with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) is highly preferred.

Hands-on with cloud services (preferably Azure).

Good understanding of healthcare data interoperability standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and client interaction skills
