Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their high-performance team. What You’ll Do:
Lead full-cycle HR operations: staffing, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
Serve as a key HR partner to plant leadership, supervisors, and production teams.
Ensure full compliance with employment laws and aerospace industry regulations (ITAR, EEO, OSHA).
Act as the Acting HR Director when necessary, supporting high-level decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Drive employee development programs, technical training coordination, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with EH&S and Quality teams to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safety-first workplace.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and support federal defense contracting compliance.
Lead HR process improvements, HRIS management, and reporting for site leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or related field.
(Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR are a plus.)
5–8 years of HR management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and manufacturing workforce dynamics.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to function at a director level when needed.
High proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience supporting production teams, technical professionals, and unionized workforces is a plus.
