The Opportunity

Printfly Corporation is seeking an experienced General Counsel to serve as our top legal advisor and a key member of our executive leadership team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all legal matters across the business—from contracts and compliance to IP and privacy—while supporting high-impact strategic initiatives in eCommerce, manufacturing, marketing, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted legal advisor to the CEO and executive team on all legal and regulatory matters.

Oversee and manage corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment law, compliance, and litigation.

Lead legal support for eCommerce operations, including customer agreements, marketing compliance, IP protection, and data privacy (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts with vendors, partners, and enterprise clients.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations affecting manufacturing, retail, and online sales.

Manage outside counsel and evaluate legal risk across business lines.

Build and lead a lean, high-impact in-house legal function as the business scales.

What We’re Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing to practice law in the U.S.

10+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years in-house (ideally in eCommerce, manufacturing, or technology-driven companies).

Deep understanding of intellectual property, commercial contracts, employment law, and digital compliance frameworks.

Proven ability to align legal strategy with business goals and operate as a collaborative, solutions-oriented partner.

Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with fast-moving teams.
