This company are rapidly expanding, they have just bought a new state of the art facility, they are looking to bring new products as they are met with a wide variety of new work and challenges.

You will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing machinery, troubleshooting, training and coaching technicians and being involved on the shop floor.

This role would suit a Lead Injection Molding Technician, looking to hit the ground running and make a positive impact on this company’s growth plans!

The Role:

Supervising and coaching a team of 10-15 technicians

Overseeing machinery

Troubleshooting

The Candidate:

Experienced with Plastic Injection Molding

Machinery experience

Trouble shooting experience
