Senior Pricing Analyst

LHH has partnered with a rapidly growing service organization in Kansas City who is looking for a Sr. Pricing Analyst to join their team, working in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities:

Working as a part of a team to help direct pricing administration and implement pricing processes to enhance profitability.

Drive consistent, high-quality analysis and develop recommendations based on results of analysis with the goal of continuous improvement in price/margin realization.

Work closely with the sales teams, providing analytical support when making pricing decisions.

Analyze and review customer pricing agreements. Provide recommendations to Senior Management.

Maintain and improve processes and controls within pricing systems to ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency.

Lead annual price increase implementation working with Attorneys, IT, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure pricing is applied accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

3-5 years of pricing analysis experience

Experience in the service industry is preferred

Experience with SQL is highly preferred

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
