Position: Insurance Defense Attorney

Location: Spring, TX & Dallas, TX

Description:

We are seeking two experienced attorneys to join our team, focusing on insurance defense matters. Ideal candidates will have a strong litigation background, excellent case management skills, and the ability to independently handle a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation, from inception to resolution.

Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements.

Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Develop case strategies in collaboration with clients and senior attorneys.

Conduct legal research and provide detailed risk assessments and reports to clients.

Maintain high standards of client service and communication throughout the litigation process.

Negotiate settlements effectively to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

Active bar license in Texas.

3+ years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.

Strong writing, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
