Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller for a public company in the manufacturing industry located in the Pittsburgh area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA certification or similar certification required.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of USGAAP and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
