Resolve issues on Purchasing Invoicing Accounts payable Contracts and Sourcing modules
Assisting AP team with process improvement
Maintain system data and access including users approvers and vendors
Validating creating new suppliers and updating vendor records
Implement Coupa improvements and new features
User acceptance testing for new functionality process changes
Create tickets with Coupa support to resolve and escalate issues related to configuration
Coupa support as per the requirement mentioned in the service now Tickets Task change request
