Manage common Coupa Admin tasks configure Content groups Enterprises Chart of Accounts approval chains PO Customization PO Transmission methods understanding requirements around requisitions POs Invoices and Configure workflow Receipts and Tolerances.

Build and conduct User Acceptance Testing and training sessions for end users and executives.

Resolve issues on Purchasing Invoicing Accounts payable Contracts and Sourcing modules

Assisting AP team with process improvement

Maintain system data and access including users approvers and vendors

Validating creating new suppliers and updating vendor records

Implement Coupa improvements and new features

User acceptance testing for new functionality process changes

Create tickets with Coupa support to resolve and escalate issues related to configuration

Coupa support as per the requirement mentioned in the service now Tickets Task change request

Working on enhancement through standard change on nonproduction instance and implementing the same into the Coupa Production like New Tax Code Creation Approval chain testing and creation creating custom fields as per requirement Approval group Role Permission updates create COA User reassignment assign delegates create SFTP schedule reports as per requirement

Monitoring the daily Integration and functional error resolution

Check the data in ERP Coordinate with middleware in order to resolve the integration issues

Handling the cXML invoice and cXML PO connection failures and coordinated with supplier

Analyzing and resolving the issues related to Approval chain COA billings lookups PRs and POs Catalog items Contracts and Punchout suppliers

Creation of end user user settings CreateEdit requisition in behalf of end user

Working on user configuration like content groups content group assignment Providing permissions controllers and roles to user and user reassignment

Setup company information and address

Adding commodities into Coupa with appropriate commodity structure

Prepare test cases and perform testing for new release management
