About the Role:

Achilles Coffee is growing — and we need a driven, creative, and hands-on Marketing and Communications Manager to help take our 5-location specialty coffee brand to the next level.

This role is perfect for a marketer who loves building brand loyalty at the local level, driving revenue, and turning great ideas into measurable results.

You'll work directly with the CEO and store managers to lead campaign planning, loyalty program engagement, event marketing, and social media growth — all tied directly to store revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and track local store marketing campaigns across five locations

Manage promotional calendars, product launches, loyalty programs, and event activations

Collaborate with store managers to drive in-store execution of promotions and upsell initiatives

Create and manage organic social media content (Instagram and Facebook)

Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics to optimize customer engagement and revenue

Support branded merchandise launches and retail marketing growth

Build community partnerships with local fitness studios, offices, and event organizers

Maintain consistency with Achilles Coffee brand standards across all marketing touchpoints

Experience Required:

3–5 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food/beverage

Proven ability to independently design, launch, and manage local marketing campaigns

Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency with social media marketing, loyalty program platforms, and basic email marketing tools

Data-driven mindset — comfortable tying marketing activity directly to sales performance

Bonus Points For:

Experience supporting multi-location brands

Background in hospitality or specialty coffee marketing

Familiarity with paid social advertising (Meta/Google)

Content creation experience (photo/video asset production)
