Account Manager focuses on fostering strong customer relationships (CRM). This involves medium- to long-term planning and direct sales of various products, services, and/or solutions across multiple lines of business to a defined portfolio of existing clients.
Account Managers develop medium-to-long-range sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers and identify and manage interactions with the assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities. Responsibilities include resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high-quality customer service. Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts. Reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunities, and market trends.
QUALIFICATIONS • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING o Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience required. Entry-Level professional opportunity
Applicable sales application engineering and program management experience required
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS - Valid U.S. driver’s license required
