What you’ll be doing:

Manages a branch location ensuring efficient and effective operations through the adherence to appropriate policies, processes, and procedures while executing regional initiatives

Executes branch-specific strategic initiatives, holding staff accountable and adjusting through action planning to deliver intended results

Manages client relationships, attending client meetings, evaluating the business for safety and associate employee fit, attending community/client-related events, and providing proactive service

Executes or develops the talent management strategy through understanding market trends, and client needs and the creation of an action plan

Creates appropriate forecasts and manages the budgetary requirements that contribute to a profitable branch location

Performs a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, feedback sessions including coaching and development, planning, promoting our company belief system, assigning and directing work; EEO; performance management; budgeting

Other duties as assigned

Up to 50% local travel. Reliable transportation is needed along with a valid driver's license, meeting a satisfactory driving record through a driving record check, and 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage

What we look for:

High school diploma or GED required, and relevant experience

3 – 5 years of supervising or management experience

Provides a high level of customer service

Skilled at developing and engaging a team to achieve results

Ability to problem solve and make fact-based decisions

Maintains professional confidentiality

Bilingual preferred but not required.
