We are partnering with a fast-growing non-profit dedicated to transforming learning environments through technology. They are seeking a Cloud Engineering Manager to lead their AWS infrastructure strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage scalable, secure AWS infrastructure solutions.

Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Terraform or CloudFormation.

Lead automation of infrastructure deployment and CI/CD pipelines.

Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and cost-optimization strategies.

Oversee infrastructure security, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align infrastructure with business needs.

Mentor and lead a team of cloud engineers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience designing cloud solutions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience managing small teams

AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect – Professional, DevOps Engineer).

Expertise in AWS, Terraform/CloudFormation, and scripting (Python, PowerShell).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud security best practices.

Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

The Benefits:
