UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma to join our team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and enhancing user experience for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.

Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.

Develop wireframes, user flows, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.

Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or on-site environment.
