Responsibilities:
Handle a broad range of litigation matters, including municipal law, redevelopment, tax exemption, and labor and employment disputes.
Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, and manage discovery processes.
Represent clients in depositions, court conferences, and hearings.
Work closely with senior attorneys on complex cases, providing strategic legal support.
Engage in direct client interactions, including attendance at day and evening meetings.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
Minimum of 3 years of attorney experience. (More experience welcomed!)
Minimum of 3 years experience in NJ litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a team.
