Now Hiring: Service Center Manager
Folcroft, PA Full-Time $115K–$125K + 15% Bonus
Monthly Car Allowance M–F, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Are you ready to lead a high-performing service operation with a hands-on approach? We're looking for an experienced Service Center Manager to oversee operations, drive growth, and lead a talented team in delivering top-tier service to customers in the field.
What You'll Do:
Lead day-to-day service operations and manage financial performance, sales, and project execution.
Direct the full scope of field service—installations, repairs, replacements—for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal customers.
Work closely with the Service Manager to deploy technicians and meet project goals and budgets.
Drive business processes and profitability while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Engage directly with customers for dispute resolution and satisfaction.
Support hiring, mentoring, and developing a technically skilled field team.
Attend job walks, interface with clients, and support the estimating and sales process.
Represent the company in community business events to stay connected with the local market.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in construction, contracting, or industrial services
Technical or business degree—or Trade School certification considered
Knowledge of MEP systems and hands-on experience with pumps, motors, and control systems
Familiarity with contracts and estimating processes
Managerial experience in mechanical service, maintenance, or sales (minimum 1 year)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
