We are seeking a dedicated Account Coordinator to join a client of ours in Columbus, OH. This position bridges the gap between our sales engine and production team. This person is a multitasker, likes to focus on the details, and is comfortable with excel.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Review orders for accuracy and deficiencies, and resolve as appropriate.
Enter all orders into our work order entry system, and prepare all documents as needed for production and shipment.
Review and input information into our CRM and Accounting (Sage 50) databases.
Compile and sort orders obtained via email, fax, EDI, and/or web portals according to priority.
Calculating customer order shipping costs, and posting to customer accounts and invoices using FedEx Ship Manager Software.
Coordinating shipping for key accounts and customers
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and supporting other sales team members through collaboration and teamwork.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience in an account coordinator or sales support role
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and positive demeanor
An ability to multi-task, set priorities and maintain them
The ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
The ability to manage your calendar and effectively utilize our Accounting and CRM tools
A personality that is goal-motivated, persistent and optimistic
Oral and written communication skills which are clear, concise, grammatically correct and effective
The willingness to learn new applications and skills
Expected salary: $55-$60k
