Responsibilities

The Senior Engineering Manager is responsible for supporting business and product strategy while managing the Thermal Management Systems product engineering team:

Budget development, execution, and forecasting

Develop and maintain customer technical contacts

Identify and secure new system application opportunities

Understand customer and market trends for thermal management system design requirements

Drive continuous improvement with a focus on VAVE, warranty reduction, and obsolescence planning

Up to 25% travel as needed

Other duties as assigned

Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline

10+ years of focused experience in thermal management systems

8+ years of technical leadership and management leading global teams

Proficient in regulatory requirements for exterior and interior system design requirements
