Aeone is building a SaaS platform that helps businesses find and hire social media influencers. Over the past year, we have built a thriving community of social media influencers and now marketing leaders in the PNW. To support Creatr’s mission to elevate and inspire the global creative economy, we host events that: educate, empower, as well as connect influencers and brands.

We’re looking for a trend-savvy, highly organized, social-media-obsessed community manager to join our team full-time. If you’re the friend who always bring people together, has a running list of favorite creators, and loves the idea of turning relationships into a buzzing community—keep reading!
As a key member of the Events team, you will manage Aeone’s budding community of influencers and businesses, as well as to strengthen brand loyalty, advocacy, and engagement.
You will work closely with partners to design and execute events that engage the Aeone influencer marketing community and drive brand awareness. Responsibilities include internal & external communications, content & speaker management, brand design coordination, event logistics, vendor management, staffing training and budget management.
This high-impact role requires creative thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive Aeone's brand presence and support our growth goals.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
Own and execute Aeone’s community event strategy to drive brand awareness, engage the Aeone partner and customer community.
Set a high-quality bar for event experience and execution, and develop systems to maintain this bar as we enter our next phase of growth
Develop a thought leadership strategy and support the selection and management of internal speakers and external guest speakers.
Build processes for repeatability and scalability of events activities including vendor partnerships to help us accommodate future growth.
Attend other local events to network, source potential speakers, and promote Aeone’s events.
Event & Activation Support
Pull off brand and influencer events (program management), including deciding what events we host, budget, driving new events programs and brand activations, gifting experiences like a pro.
Coordinate RSVPs, influencer experiences, recruit speakers, and behind-the-scenes magic.
Work with partners and sponsors to pull off a successful event.
Precure key sponsors for each event.
Provide onsite event management, and support with event-day social media coverage and content collection.
Influencer Discovery & Outreach
Research and source up-and-coming creators to attend influencer marketing events.
Oversee outreach and relationship building, making sure we’re tapping the right creators.
Keep our influencer tracker updated—we need someone with a sharp eye for engagement, audience fit, and trends.
Brand Discovery & Outreach
Research and source brands that would a right fit to attend our influencer marketing events.
Oversee outreach and relationship building, with marketing and sales leaders.
Attend other local events to network, source potential speakers, and promote Aeone’s events.
Media Discovery & Outreach
Invite local media to attend influencer events, for coverage.
Pitch the local media to promote the events.
Content & Social Media Support
Oversee the collecting, organizing, and repurposing influencer content for Aeone and our event sponsors .
Engage with creators and manage influencer reposting on social.
Stay on top of other events happening in Seattle and determine potential partnerships (because we’re not about that “do it alone” life).
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track event success metrics—attendees, engagement, and impact.
Put together recap reports and insights that help improve subsequent events.
Keep us up-to-date on what’s hot (and what’s not) in the Seattle influencer Marketing world.
Who you are:
A working professional, a college student or recent grad (Marketing, Business, Communications, PR, or related field).
A social butterfly (literally; you are the life of the party, you have a knack for bringing everyone together).
An influencer (you influence decisions of other around you; forget about selling ice to the Eskimos, you are so good you could sell us all air ?).
An event siren ? ️? ️ who has previously organized events, whether on or off-campus.
Deeply obsessed with building community, digital marketing, social media, and brand storytelling.
A detail-oriented, get-it-done type who thrives in fast-paced environments.
A self-starter with the ability to adapt in rapidly changing environments.
Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Had experience in sales, community-building, or customer service.
Have exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Have the ability to make decisions and recommendations in ambiguous situations.
Already know your way around Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
A strong writer and communicator (bonus if you love crafting engaging DMs/emails).
Comfortable with Google Suite, Canva, and public speaking

Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE) is $90,000. This role is 100% commission, no cap.
