Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Director at Clearfork Academy. The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of the facility, provide clinical supervision to staff, lead therapy sessions, and ensure the implementation of evidence-based practices. The role involves close collaboration with the treatment team to create comprehensive care plans for each resident.

Qualifications

RTC - SUD and Mental Health expertise

Experience in Clinical Supervision and Psychology

Strong background in Behavioral Health

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team

LCSW or Licensed Professional Counselor, Supervisor Preferred

Experience working with adolescent populations

Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
