We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Store Director

Assistant Store Director

Responsibilities (may vary depending on position):

Oversee total store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily activities.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

Drive sales and profitability through effective strategies and initiatives.

Maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for customers and team members.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Manage inventory control and minimize shrink.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Foster a strong team culture and promote team member engagement.

Qualifications for Success:

Proven experience as a Store Director or Assistant Store Director in the supermarket industry is required.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a positive shopping experience.

Ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.

Strong moral compass and ability to make ethical decisions, even in challenging situations

Must be willing to transfer to any store location
