About the Role
As my right hand, you will be the engine behind the operational rhythm of the business. This role demands precision, autonomy, initiative, and trust. You will streamline workflows, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, manage procurement and inventory, and ensure that I — and the rest of the team — are enabled to execute without friction.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Mastery: Calendar management, meeting preparation/follow-up, client communications, and expense tracking
Procurement Oversight: Quote/order fulfillment, asset tracking, and inventory management for customer equipment and billing alignment
Leadership Support: Act as second-in-command during off-site meetings or PTO, ensuring seamless continuity of operations
Must-Have Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
Experience using QuickBooks, CRM systems, and ChatGPT
Highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and calm under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
2+ years in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in a technical or MSP environment
Familiarity with Autotask is a plus
