SAP Project Manager

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for a SAP MDG engagement, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and SAP implementation.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in customer engagement and 2+ years in SAP MDG or SAP BW

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
