Summary:
Dedicated, results-driven professional with proven experience in project management, financial and data analysis, and team leadership. Strong communicator with the ability to streamline operations. Proficient in Excel, experienced with QuickBooks or similar software, and aligned with Springbrook’s vision, mission, and statement of faith.
Database Management:
Security and access set-up for all users.
Demonstrated proficiency in constructing complex queries and executing advanced data manipulation tasks.
Maintain processes and procedures, training, data analysis, report generation.
Responsible for all database set-up needed to accomplish above.
Financial Management:
Partner with the lead pastor, finance team, and bank contacts to ensure accurate financial reporting and controls aligned with church goals.
Work with the bookkeeper and treasurer to maintain accurate A/P and A/R records and review monthly financial statements.
Support the staff and elders with budget planning, departmental reviews, and annual reports, leadership gatherings, and banquet preparation.
Business Management / Human Resources:
Train and support staff on general procedures, operations, and reporting.
Manage onboarding, payroll, benefits, insurance, and compliance with government regulations.
Oversee all office and ministry equipment contracts, setup, and maintenance.
Position Information:
30 hours per week, in person, with paid time off
