SUMMARY:

Are you passionate about improving processes, driving innovation, and making an impact on the production floor? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and help transform our manufacturing operations with smarter, safer, and more efficient solutions.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—optimizing production, implementing lean methodologies, and championing continuous improvement to boost quality, reduce costs, and shorten lead times. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive continuous improvement across production processes using lean manufacturing tools and strategies.

Analyze and optimize machining, assembly, testing procedures, layouts, and material flow to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Lead and support cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and throughput.

Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives through process enhancements and new technologies.

Evaluate and implement new equipment and automation to increase operational capability and output.

Create detailed documentation for all new processes, procedures, and work instructions.

Conduct process audits to ensure operational consistency and compliance with established standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

B.S. degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering preferred.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial/manufacturing/quality/process improvement capacity.

Solid understanding and knowledge of the workflow in machining and assembly operations.

Proven track record in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
