We’re looking for a Client-Facing Desktop Engineer to join our fast-paced team!

In this role, you’ll manage Microsoft 365 and Intune environments, troubleshoot complex IT issues, and support server infrastructure and network hardware. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with top COTS products like SentinelOne, Threat Locker, N-able, and DUO, and use open-source tools for backup, vulnerability scanning, and more.

What You'll Do:

Interface with multiple businesses daily.

Manage Microsoft Office 365, Intune, and support Windows 10/11 systems.

Troubleshoot server and network infrastructure.

Implement LAN/WAN upgrades, backups, maintenance, and patching.

Maintain strong documentation and meet SLA goals while working in the help desk queue when needed.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Flexibility to work after-hours when required.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Information Systems, IT, MIS) with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

3+ years of experience, ideally within an MSP or professional services environment.

Strong technical skills across security, networking, server infrastructure, and Microsoft ecosystems.

Customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills.

Experience troubleshooting MFA issues and using COTS security products.

A security-conscious mindset and willingness to continuously learn.
