Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic, global organization that's shaping the future of farm hygiene and sanitation solutions? We are seeking a passionate QA Laboratory Manager to drive excellence in quality assurance, production support, and regulatory compliance.

In this pivotal role, you'll supervise and mentor four QA staff, champion process improvements, and ensure manufacturing quality across multiple sites. You'll collaborate with R&D and Technical Services, dive deep into analytical method development, support global regulatory compliance, and help deliver innovative, high-quality products to farms around the world. From customer water analysis to ISO certifications, your work will have a direct impact on the health, safety, and success of farming operations globally.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in a science field, at least five years of lab supervisory experience (HPLC and GCMS), and a proven track record with regulatory agencies. Expertise in quality systems, analytical methods, and cross-functional teamwork is essential.
