Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead validation activities with a specialization in business applications built on a widely used low-code/no-code platform. This role is heavily focused on creating and managing documentation, especially around compliance and validation strategy, rather than hands-on software testing. The individual will ensure digital solutions meet regulatory and operational standards.

What You’ll Do

Design and oversee structured validation efforts for tools developed on a popular enterprise productivity suite.

Translate functional expectations and system outlines into validation frameworks aligned with quality and compliance benchmarks.

Craft and maintain high-quality records including planning documents, execution protocols, and final validation reports.

Define testing approaches and success criteria through collaboration with key stakeholders.

Monitor test execution and document outcomes to support regulatory and operational transparency.

Ensure alignment with quality standards applicable to regulated environments (e.g., those used in life sciences or health tech).

Contribute to ongoing enhancements in documentation standards and validation workflows.

Partner with technical and non-technical colleagues to coordinate and align validation timelines with broader project milestones.

Preferred Background

Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as computing, engineering, or equivalent.

Deep familiarity with automation and app development tools in a widely adopted workplace suite (experience with form-based apps and workflow tools is key).

Demonstrated ability to plan and document validation activities in accordance with quality guidelines and compliance requirements.

Specific experience working within frameworks that adhere to digital system compliance (e.g., electronic records and signatures regulation).

Strong writing skills with a knack for precision and detail.

Comfortable analyzing documentation and managing requirements independently while contributing to team outcomes.

Skilled in explaining documentation and technical plans to varied audiences.

Prior experience with work management platforms such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools is helpful.
