Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms with clean, compelling, and compliant creative.

What You’ll Do

Lead the creation of sophisticated marketing materials—social media graphics, digital ads, flyers, brochures, presentations, infographics, internal resources, and more

Collaborate with Head of Marketing, Compliance Director, and sales teams to translate complex financial products into clear, engaging visuals

Partner with loan officers, recruiters, and operations to develop targeted design assets for internal initiatives and external campaigns

Contribute to brainstorming and execution of creative campaigns that support lead generation, brand awareness, and recruitment

Design assets for websites, landing pages, intranet, and email campaigns; experience with Total Expert CRM or similar platforms is a plus

Use Asana to manage project timelines, track deliverables, and communicate with cross-functional teams

Maintain and evolve the Cliffco brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and polish

Guide and provide feedback to junior designers, contractors, or freelancers as needed

Stay ahead of design trends, especially in the mortgage and financial services space, and bring fresh ideas to the table

What You Bring

5+ years of graphic design experience in an agency, in-house, or professional services environment

A portfolio that reflects sharp layout skills, strong branding, and thoughtful visual storytelling

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other tools is a plus

Strong communication, time management, and project coordination skills

Experience working within brand and compliance guidelines in regulated industries

Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality execution

Ability to pivot quickly for real-time marketing needs—rate drops, product launches, or industry news.

Bonus Points

Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industries

Familiarity with compliance-driven design requirements

Motion design or basic video editing skills

Experience using Total Expert CRM or a similar marketing automation platform

Passion for clean, strategic design with a collaborative mindset
