Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Quotations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in generating accurate and competitive quotes for our customers while providing excellent service and support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both people and numbers, has a sharp eye for detail, and wants to make a tangible impact in a growing company. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to evolve into a leadership role within our sales department.

Responsibilities:

Prepare timely and accurate quotations for standard and custom steel products

Communicate directly with customers to clarify project needs and specifications

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and purchasing to ensure cost accuracy and product feasibility

Track and follow up on outstanding quotes and provide proactive updates to clients

Maintain and manage customer records and quoting history

Identify opportunities to improve quoting processes and enhance customer experience

Support broader sales and customer service initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

Excellent math and problem solving skills, and attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Engineering degree or background a huge plus
