Support Engineer – AI SaaS Startup (Seattle Based - Remote)
Full-Time $95K–$115K Base + Equity + Full Benefits
We’re working with a rapidly growing, mission-driven AI startup that’s transforming the way people improve their communication skills. Backed by top-tier investors and strategic partnerships, they’re now hiring a Support Engineer to help build and scale their enterprise support function from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage team with a big vision, significant funding, and real traction in the market. You'll work closely with product and engineering, own customer escalations, and help shape internal support processes during a high-growth phase.
What You’ll Do:
Manage complex technical support escalations for enterprise customers
Troubleshoot issues involving logs, APIs, integrations, and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to improve support and product performance
Design scalable support workflows and contribute to team-wide best practices
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping drive satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of Application Support Engineering expeirence
Strong troubleshooting skills with logs, APIs, network traces, and scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience with AI, GPT creation/prompt, and/or Language Models
Clear, empathetic communicator with the ability to explain technical issues to a range of audiences
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a bias for action
Proactive mindset and strong ownership over outcomes
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in early-stage startups or greenfield support teams
Familiarity with prompt engineering or advanced enterprise integrations (SSO, SCIM, LMS)
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary: $95K–$115K depending on experience
