As a Tech Recruiter, you will:
Drive Business Development: Prospect and engage with local clients seeking to fill IT positions through phone calls and e-campaigns. Understand their hiring needs and present our staffing solutions.
Recruit Top Talent: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals using our applicant tracking system. Conduct exploratory conversations to understand candidates' career goals and perform in-depth interviews to prepare them for client meetings.
Engage in Continuous Learning: Participate in our training programs to gain technical knowledge and the skills needed to excel in your role.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 6+ months of experience in the staffing/sales industry, preferably with a focus on IT.
Excels in cold calling, influencing, and negotiation.
Is charismatic and genuinely enjoys building relationships.
Demonstrates a competitive spirit through achievements in academics, sports, or other areas.
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
