You'll have a bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, Information Technology OR related technical field.
Minimum 8-10 years of excellent SAP ABAP Development expertise and functional knowledge in SAP Payroll for at least one country.
Experience working in capacity of Lead Engineer / Architect
Experience in ABAP for S4/HANA environment, Object Oriented Programming, (CDS & RAP are a plus)
Integration experience with other systems using Rest APIs, RFCs and OData Services.
Experience with design, development of SAP Fiori UI5 applications is a plus.
Prior experience working with SAP Payroll Control Center is a plus.
Prior experience with working in agile environment and tools like Jira is an added advantage.
Strong ability to translate key business requirements into design and solution with global approach in mind.
Ability to create detailed development estimates based on design documents and requirement specifications in the form of User Stories and Features supplied by the Product Management team.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
