Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Power BI & Integration Developer to design, develop, and support advanced business intelligence and integration solutions. This role will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making and streamlining systems across multiple departments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, and MuleSoft, and is passionate about continuous learning and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Power BI Development & Analytics

Design, develop, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and DAX.

Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for BI solutions, responding to user inquiries professionally and promptly.

Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business value.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for data models and report definitions.

Stay informed on the latest Power BI features and best practices to improve the BI platform.

MuleSoft Integration Development

Design, develop, and optimize APIs and data flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Implement best practices and standards in integration architecture and design.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration solutions and technical implementations.

Monitor industry developments in MuleSoft and related technologies to improve integration performance and capabilities.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX skills.

3+ years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations.

Ability to work across departments and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-starter mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a role with leadership or mentorship responsibilities is a plus.
