Position Summary
We are seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to support our financial advisors in delivering a seamless and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Management
Manage and respond to account inquiries from clients and escalate complex issues to financial advisors.
Provide ongoing service and support for brokerage, annuity, and insurance accounts.
Facilitate onboarding for new clients, including preparation of documentation and annuity applications.
Conduct regular client reviews and prepare detailed reports for advisor-client meetings.
Operational & Administrative Support
Calculate and process all Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) accurately.
Monitor brokerage accounts, including surveillance of non-electronic certificates.
Generate daily reports, manage correspondence, and handle main office phone line.
Maintain compliance by securing and updating required documentation and proactively following up with clients on outstanding items.
Systems & Data Management
Manage CRM (Redtail) entries, including policy uploads, activity tracking, and opportunity logging.
Utilize Laserfiche to digitize and organize client documentation for easy retrieval and compliance.
Ensure data integrity and contribute to the overall efficiency of office operations.
Qualifications
1-2 year of experience in the financial advisory industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree or Series 7 license is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
High level of organization, detail orientation, and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Redtail preferred) and document management tools (Laserfiche a plus
