Our client, a privately owned and operated multi-million dollar building and renovation company with customers throughout New England, has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as the current CEO is retiring.

The key objective is to expand of a privately owned remodeling multi-million dollar company.
The CRO/CEO will be the Integrator and Visionary of strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and sales operations. Together with other members of the leadership team, the CRO will be the driving force empower the existing team and operations â focusing on the expansion and revenue generating profits.
Implements and improves business models strategically and influentially.
Holds and drives weekly sales meetings and quarterly operational meetings with leadership team.
Two owned physical locations in New England with growth expansions ready for CT. area.
All Sales Generating Reps are earning six figure incomes.

Utilizes existing structured business operating models that have produced successful outcomes and continuous growth reaching profit margins from 15-40% in the last 4 years consistently!
Objectives of this role
Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the companyâ s revenue-generating departments
Manage the regional sales team in New England to drive business growth across all customer segments, and share responsibility with the marketing department for improving strategy and customer experience
Continue to build and foster creative teams that are committed to the existing culture of utilizing data analytics, marketing techniques and processes within the existing playbook.
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth Responsibilities
Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics
Remain well-connected with quality outcomes to ensure a continuous 5-Star customer experience and ratings
Collaborate with the finance, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals
Identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales, and account management teams
Reviews and modifies KPI to drive strategic objectives and revenue generating goals.
Required skills and qualifications
Ten or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
Has previously implemented or integrated business operating models.
Advanced Business Development, OR prior CEO, COO, CFO or similar experience.
Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision
Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively
Experience in making decisions based on business metrics
Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
Strong technical experience with Salesforce and other CRM and ERP tools
Advanced P&L financial and analytical skills.
Bachelorâ s degree in business administration, accounting or marketing or management or similar.
