System Network Administrator

Job Title: System/Network Administrator

Location: Hybrid – Culver City, CA

Base Salary: 110,000 - $130,000

Experience Required: 6+ years professional IT experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned System/Network Administrator to join our hybrid team in Culver City. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and evolving our IT infrastructure with a strong focus on security, network reliability, and cloud integration. This is a hands-on role best suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable working with both Mac and Windows systems.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Experience switching identity providers

Expertise with MDM for Mac environments

Strong networking background; FortiGate preferred (Cisco or Palo Alto acceptable)

Ability to build firewalls from scratch

Familiarity with cloud platforms including O365, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom

Proficient in Windows administration

Exposure to IT security best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in hybrid or fast-paced startup environments

Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills

Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft 365)
