Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking a patent agent with lat least 3 years of patent prosecution experience for its Intellectual Property practice in Atlanta.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of of patent prosecution experience.

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or similar degree.

International and IP litigation support experience is preferred.

Excellent academic credentials

Excellent writing, verbal and research skills; team focused.

USPTO admission is required.
