Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for hardscapes and a deep understanding of the concrete products industry? We are seeking a motivated Architectural Sales Representative to drive business development in the Southwest market, promoting high-quality hardscapes and concrete products to a diverse customer base.

The candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, client-oriented sales environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism and expertise in hardscapes and concrete products, supporting customers across the Southwest market. The Architectural Sales Representative will develop relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and end-users to drive profitable sales and expand the company’s hardscape product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a key point of contact for architectural and design professionals, providing detailed product specifications and technical support for hardscapes and concrete products.

Develop and maintain profitable long-term relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and dealers within the hardscape industry.

Strategically plan, manage, and participate in the complete sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing sales opportunities for concrete products and hardscapes.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building in the hardscape and concrete products market.

Create and deliver design solution presentations to architects, builders, and developers, emphasizing the benefits of hardscapes.

Provide support to key dealers, ensuring proper hardscape product placement, training, and marketing assistance to drive sales.

Work closely with dealers to support their needs, including inventory recommendations, merchandising, and promotional strategies focused on hardscapes.

Estimate project opportunities for inclusion in formal quotations or tenders. Provide post-sale customer service, including delivery coordination, warranty support, and issue resolution related to hardscapes and concrete products.

Qualifications & Experience:

Interested candidates MUST have building materials sales experience within the territory.

Knowledge of the hardscape and/or construction industry is a key advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, interior design, architecture, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within hardscapes, concrete products, construction materials, or building products.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
