We re seeking a Documentation Coordinator PCC to join the Practitioner Contracting/Communications department. This role will support the development, revision, and maintenance of operations manuals and forms used by practitioner groups nationwide.

CST: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
PST: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
EST: Monday Friday, 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain practitioner operations manuals and various forms
Collaborate with senior staff to gather requirements for documentation
Ensure content accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all materials
Track and integrate state or specialty-specific criteria
Manage electronic and hard-copy document libraries
Perform quality assurance before publishing materials
Maintain comprehensive revision and publication logs
Conduct research and analysis to support content development
Serve as a resource on practitioner guidelines and operations
Stay updated on practitioner contract service issues, eligibility, and claims
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Associate s degree required (English, Journalism, or Communications preferred)
OR High School Diploma with at least 2 years of professional writing/editing experience (preferably in healthcare)
Skills & Experience:
Strong written communication and grammar skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (focus on formatting and style tools)
Familiarity with Adobe LiveCycle Designer is a plus
Experience managing detailed documentation projects
Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
