Position Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for both producing and leading. You will play a key role in generating qualified job orders from top companies and ensuring those orders are filled with quality candidates. Success in this role requires a strong ability to develop client relationships, uncover hiring needs, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Schedule and attend client meetings, including lunch and on-site visits, to strengthen partnerships
Convert leads into long-term clients by offering tailored staffing solutions
Negotiate rates and contract terms with professionalism and clarity
Partner with recruiters to ensure job requisitions are filled with qualified candidates
What We're Looking For: Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or staffing
Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
Experience converting new clients into repeat business
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
