We are seeking an Electrical Supply In Store Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for sales of electrical products and taking orders over the phone..

Responsibilities:

Track daily sales

Resolve escalated customer complaints

Handle walk in customers and/or questions regarding electrical work they may be doing

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Knowledge of electrical components, such as wiring, breakers, electrical laws. Such as how to fix a lamp or give advice to a builder on using the right electric equipment
