Summary Description:
Syntiant Corp., a leader in the high-growth AI software and semiconductor solutions space, has entered into an agreement to acquire a large, multi-national sensor business with global revenues in excess of $250 million per year, and is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Associate.
The Shipping and Receiving Associate will be responsible for knowing the import and export regulations and be able to follow the requirements. Accountable for handling all aspects of shipping and receiving from shipping outbound shipments through various Freight Forwarders to receiving and delivering all inbound shipments at Syntiant in our Itasca, IL facility.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive all inbound shipments from multiple Freight Forwarders.
Verify invoice with physical product received and receive into Oracle database.
Deliver product to correct Syntiant personal/stage on shelf.
Review open order reports.
Know the requirements for importing and exporting.
Ship Domestic and International.
Prepare and pack all outbound shipments for pickup from multiple Freight Forwarders.
Track and trace all inbound and outbound shipments.
Able to conduct physical inventories.
Comply with ISO requirements.
Order MRO Supplier/Toner and stock accordingly
Perform in cycle count
Requirements
Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required:
Hazmat Certified (IATA)
Oracle and Excel a must
Must be able to comply to C-TPAT requirements.
Able to conduct physical inventories.

The starting hourly rate for this role is $25/hour. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to previous experience and skills acquired prior to joining Syntiant, cost of living in the assigned work location, assigned schedule, and salaries of similarly situated peers at the company. It is to be expected that candidates will come to us with different sets of skills and experiences and therefore will be paid at different points in the stated range.
