Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager, located in Surat. Responsibilities are,
craft brand tone, storytelling, and visual identity (packaging, logos, communication).
Develop short- and long-term brand vision for product categories.
Drive promotional campaigns across digital marketplaces.
Own influencer or creator collaborations for brand building.
Analyze customer feedback, reviews, and returns for product improvement.
Monitor competitor brands, pricing, and positioning.
Work with the analytics team to assess sell-through, ASP, and margin data.
Track KPIs: NPS, repeat rate, brand search volume, return %, ASP uplift, etc.
Maintain packaging and brand presentation standards.
Ensure a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
Experience in Brand Management, Marketing, and Strategy Development
Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Project Management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, mass communication.
