Position Title: Senior Web and Digital Interface Designer

(Secret Security Clearance)

Position Location: Washington DC

Description: Liberty is seeking a Senior Web and Digital Interface Designer for our government client in the Washington DC Metro Area.

Requirements and Responsibilities: Shows proficient skills, performs complex tasks independently and completes assigned tasks on time and to a high standard. Provides guidance and oversight to personnel at the junior and mid experience levels. Designs digital user interfaces or websites. May also perform the following duties:

• Develop, modify, and/or test layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across browsers or devices

• Use web framework applications as well as the Government’s code and processes

• Evaluate web design following web and accessibility standards, and may analyze web use metrics and optimize websites for marketability and search engine ranking

• Design, modify, and/or test interfaces that facilitate the human-computer interaction and maximize the usability of digital devices, websites, and software with a focus on aesthetics and design

• Create and/or modify graphics used in websites

• Manage website content and links

Education: Bachelor's degree in math, science, engineering, or related field

Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of related experience
