Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee and support our team of caregivers. While our services are non-medical, the LPN will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with care plans, providing training, and maintaining the highest standards of care in accordance with South Carolina regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial and periodic assessments to develop and update individualized care plans. Provide training and supervision to caregivers, ensuring adherence to care plans and agency policies. Monitor client well-being and caregiver performance, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations. Serve as a liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) regulations, including Regulation 61-122 . Qualifications: Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of South Carolina. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care or geriatric settings. Strong understanding of non-medical in-home care services and applicable state regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening, as mandated by South Carolina law.
Pay is per visit and it is competitive
