Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing enterprise IT environments, with a strong background in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization technologies. You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of our organization's IT systems to ensure high levels of availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related services

Administer Windows Server Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user/group management

Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft Intune for identity and device management

Implement and maintain Microsoft Purview Records Management policies for data governance

Monitor and maintain enterprise backup and restore systems to ensure data integrity and recoverability

Maintain and support VMware vCenter and virtual infrastructure

Perform system updates, patching, and security hardening across server and cloud environments

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to systems, services, and infrastructure

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and resolve end-user requests

Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a system administrator or equivalent IT role

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite administration

Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory services

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Intune

Familiarity with Microsoft Purview Records Management

Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions

Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter and virtualized server environments

Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and IT security principles

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, Microsoft 365 Certified, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus
